Job Title: Senior Account Manager, TikTok Shop (EMEA) Location: London Reporting of the role: This role reports to Senior Account Director, Commerce (EMEA) Overview of the Job As Senior Account Manager, TikTok Shop, you are the delivery-focused driving force behind our Social Commerce & Affiliate campaigns. You lead the end-to-end delivery of commerce campaigns across your accounts – owning day-to-day execution, affiliate programme operations, performance reporting and creator delivery – while supporting the Account Director on strategy and pitch responses. You keep delivery moving and standards high, manage the workstream through Waves, and help build strong working relationships with clients on the commerce side (Client Services owns the executive relationship). You also mentor Senior Account Executives, bringing them on through day-to-day management, training and PDPs. 3 Best Things About the Job Build a creator commerce engine from the ground up Help scale the delivery infrastructure of a brand-new Commerce division – from campaign workflows to affiliate operations and engagement systems. Oversee client strategy across culture and conversion Deliver client strategy across TikTok shop, affiliate and emerging social commerce, turning creator-first content into measurable GMV, AOV and ROAS for global brands. Set the standard and bring others with you Become the reference point for social commerce and affiliate across the business – steering the wider team and raising the bar for how commerce is delivered in EMEA. Measures of Success In the first few months, you would have: Embedded into the EMEA Commerce team and built strong working relationships across Client Services, Creative Operations, Sales and Paid Media. Developed a clear understanding of Influencer's Commerce & Affiliate framework, creator tiers and cross-platform commerce ecosystem (affiliate networks, TikTok Shop, YouTube Shopping, Meta Commerce). Taken ownership of end-to-end delivery across your accounts, running campaigns confidently through Waves, TikTok Shop and affiliate platforms. Supported the activation of at least two live affiliate programme, driving measurable creator output across a client portfolio. Owned performance reporting and post-campaign analysis, converting data into insight and presenting to clients. Supported the development of Senior Account Executive(s), and built confidence in how creator volume and high-converting cohorts fuel performance outcomes.
