Be more than an educator Be the reason a young person believes in a brighter future For young people with SEN and SEMH needs, attending school can feel impossible. Too many people, too many challenges and too little support can leave them unwilling or unable to attend. At Fresh Start in Education, we’re looking for experienced, proactive, person-centred people to plan and deliver fun, personalised learning sessions on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis with young people with SEN or SEMH needs in the Surrey area.  Whether it’s going to the shops to explore Maths, unlocking their imagination through stories and art, or using a trip out to uncover the wonders of Science, you’ll spark curiosity, confidence and a sense of hope, enabling students to rediscover the joy of learning in a way that works for them. One learner, one relationship, one small step at a time. With allowances for travel and resources and full support from our dedicated team, this flexible role gives you the freedom to deliver learning in the ways that you feel best meet the student’s needs and interests.
