You will balance exceptional delivery for customers on what matters, engaging teams and colleagues, with the needs of the business. You are an expert and often the first layer of management of people or projects. Responsibilities Support day-to-day operation and maintenance of IAM /IGA platforms (e.g., Saviynt, One login, MS Entra) Operate and support Privileged Access Management (PAM) systems, including privileged account provisioning, access requests, and basic monitoring, in accordance with security policies. Coordinate with application and infrastructure teams to support onboarding of new applications into the IAM and PAM systems. Perform access reviews and periodic audits , and assist in preparing evidence for compliance and audit purposes. Support IAM/PAM administrators in access provisioning, de-provisioning, and issue resolution Worked closely with Human Resources and Business team to support employee onboarding, role changes, and offboarding processes
