Quento Technologies S.A. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to support agile software development teams delivering large-scale digital transformation and information systems projects in an international environment as well as to act as a servant leader and agile coach, ensuring Scrum best practices are followed, facilitating collaboration, removing impediments, and supporting continuous improvement across one or more development teams. Your responsibilities will entail: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including: Sprint Planning Daily Stand-ups Sprint Reviews Sprint Retrospectives Backlog Refinement sessions Promote Agile and Scrum best practices across development teams; Support Product Owners in backlog management, prioritization, and user story definition; Identify, track, and remove impediments affecting team delivery; Foster self-organization, collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement; Monitor sprint progress and delivery metrics using Jira; Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile methodologies and ways of working; Improve communication and alignment between teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors; Document and continuously improve team agile processes and practices; Encourage lessons learned and drive actions resulting from retrospectives; Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
