About Us TheraPeds Partners is a therapist-owned and operated organization. We partner with schools to provide School Nurse services to PreK–12 students nationwide. As a team of special education providers, we understand the education process, IDEA requirements, and the importance of collaboration within multidisciplinary teams. Our mission is to deliver high-quality School Nurse services while making meaningful connections in a collaborative learning environment. This is a part-time, On-site role as a School Nurse serving a school located in Pittsfield, Massachutes. The on-site School Nurse will provide direct health services and support to students in a school-based setting, ensuring the safety, health, and well-being of students throughout the school day. This role is responsible for managing student health needs, providing nursing care, maintaining health records, collaborating with school staff and families, and supporting compliance with Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) health requirements and state regulations. Job Details Part-time school-based opportunity with a 30–35-hour weekly schedule Daily schedule approximately 8:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. 2026–2027 school year ( August 2026 through May/June 2027 ) Fully on-site, in-person assignment Provide dedicated 1:1 nursing support for a high school student in 12th grade Deliver daily health services, monitor the student's medical needs, administer prescribed treatments, and respond to health-related concerns throughout the school day Develop, implement, and maintain individualized healthcare documentation while ensuring compliance with district policies and Massachusetts state nursing requirements Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student health, safety, and educational access Participate in student support meetings, including IEP and 504 meetings, as appropriate, while providing clinical recommendations and health updates Guaranteed paid hours include direct student care, documentation, planning, meetings, and administrative responsibilities Ongoing collaboration and professional support from both the partnering school district and the TheraPeds Partners team $45–$65+ per hour , with estimated weekly earnings of approximately $1,485–$2,145+
