Job Summary:  The SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) Analyst will support, configure, and optimize end-to-end supply chain planning processes within our industry domain of e-commerce digital operation, focusing on modules like Demand, Supply, Forecasting and S&OP. This role will translate business requirements into technical solutions, manage system enhancements, and ensure data integrity within SAP IBP and integration with SAP S/4HANA using CPI, CPI-DS and RTI technologies.  Job Expectations: Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Work with business stakeholders (logistics, IT, supply chain) to understand pain points and translate them into SAP IBP solutions Solution Design & Configuration: Configure SAP IBP modules for - Demand Planning, Inventory Optimization, Forecasting, Supply planning, Response and Supply by aligning with best practices Integration: Design interfaces and manage integration between SAP IBP, SAP S/4HANA, non-SAP legacy environments using CPI, CPI-DS and RTI technologies Functional Specifications: Create detailed documents for custom developments (enhancements, reports) for technical teams Testing & Training: Lead system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and develop/deliver end-user training Support & Optimization: Troubleshoot issues, provide ongoing support, and recommend continuous process improvements for efficiency Project Management: Contribute to project plans, manage small-to-medium projects, and mentor teams The duties and responsibilities described above may provide only a partial description of this position. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Required:           Strong understanding of logistics and transportation business processes Deep knowledge of SAP IBP functionality and configuration across different modules specified above Experience with SAP S/4HANA IBP  Analytical, problem-solving, and strong communication skills Ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholders Equipment Knowledge: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with Google Business Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms) preferred Experience Requirements: Generally requires a minimum 7+ years experience. Experience with data migration, reporting, and industry standards is a plus. SAP IBP certification preferred.  Education Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree in IT, Supply Chain, or Business is preferred. Judgment/Reasoning Ability :  Able to identify, troubleshoot and resolve problems quickly using sound judgment, poise and diplomacy.  Ability to use judgment and reasoning skills, and determine when to escalate issues, as required, in a timely manner.
