Description
Get to Know Us Horizon3.ai is a fast-growing, remote cybersecurity company dedicated to the mission of enabling organizations to proactively find and fix and verify exploitable attack vectors before criminals exploit them. Our flagship product, the NodeZeroTM platform, delivers production-safe autonomous pentests and other key assessment operations that scale across the largest internal, external, cloud, and hybrid cloud environments. NodeZero has been adopted by organizations of all sizes, from small educational institutions to government agencies and Global 100 enterprises. It is used by ITOps/SecOps teams, consulting pentesters, and MSSPs and MSPs.  We are a fusion of former U.S. Special Operations cyber operators, startup engineers, and formerly frustrated cybersecurity practitioners. We're committed to helping solve our common security problems: ineffective security tools, false positives resulting in alert fatigue, blind spots, "checkbox” security culture, cybersecurity skills shortage, and the long lead time and expense of hiring outside consultants. Collectively, we are a team of learn it alls, committed to a culture of respect, collaboration, ownership, and results. About the Role We are looking for a highly strategic and hands-on Salesforce Systems Architect to help scale the systems, controls, and operational discipline that power our go-to-market organization. This is a senior individual contributor role within Revenue Operations focused on the overall integrity of Salesforce and the broader GTM technology ecosystem. This role will serve as the technical subject matter expert for Salesforce architecture, platform governance, security compliance, user permissions, automation standards, and audit-ready change management. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable defining long-term architectural guardrails and executing the tactical work required to maintain a secure, scalable, and compliant environment. This is a highly collaborative role that partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Business Systems, Security, and Analytics to translate business requirements into sustainable platform design and operational controls. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex business problems, and has a track record of building scalable systems that enable growth. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Serve as the strategic owner of Salesforce platform integrity across configuration, architecture, governance, and operational health - Define and enforce best practices for Salesforce automation, with a strong focus on Flow design standards, reuse, testing discipline, naming conventions, and long-term maintainability - Own platform governance for user permissions, profiles, permission sets, roles, and access models to ensure least-privilege access and scalable administration - Partner with Security, Business Systems, RevOps, and leadership to ensure Salesforce administration and architecture align with security and compliance requirements - Establish and maintain system change management processes that support audit compliance, release discipline, change traceability, testing rigor, and documentation standards - Design and optimize scalable platform structures, business processes, and control frameworks that support growth without introducing operational risk - Review proposed system changes for architectural integrity, downstream impact, compliance implications, and supportability - Lead complex cross-functional initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation, rollout, and adoption - Improve platform reliability and operational efficiency by identifying opportunities to simplify design, reduce technical debt, and standardize administration practices - Partner with analytics and data teams to improve data integrity, reporting reliability, and executive visibility - Evaluate new platform capabilities, integrations, and administrative patterns
