As a Salesforce Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on Salesforce development projects and work with experienced Salesforce professionals. You will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and developing solutions on the Salesforce platform for EBC. Key Responsibilities: •                    Administer and configure Salesforce to meet business requirements. •                    Customize and Optimize Salesforce features to enhance user experience and efficiency. •                    Implement and manage Salesforce integrations with other systems. •                    Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements. •                    Analyze and document functional and technical specifications for Salesforce enhancements. •                    Develop and maintain the Salesforce product roadmap. •                    Define and execute the strategic vision for Salesforce to align with organization goals. •                    Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and IT teams to ensure Salesforce meets departmental needs. •                    Collaborate with developers and administrators to implement solutions. •                    Provide training to users on Salesforce features and best practices. •                    Act as a point of contact for user support, addressing issues and ensuring optimal system usage. •                    Manage Salesforce releases, ensuring smooth deployment and communication. •                    Stay informed about Salesforce updates and assess their impact on the Organization. •                    Oversee data quality and integrity within Salesforce. •                &nb
