Description
About the role The Sales Programs Manager sits within Revenue Operations and serves as the central program execution function across the full revenue organization. This role connects GTM (Sales, Sales Development, Regional Partner Managers, SE's, Customer Experience, Renewals), Marketing, and RevOps around a shared pipeline agenda, and works closely with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) as the primary stakeholder. This is a high visibility, execution focused role. The person in it will be expected to turn data into programs, programs into pipeline, and pipeline into closed revenue across every part of the GTM motion. What you will do Cross functional program design and execution Design, launch, and run integrated revenue programs that span the full GTM organization, including outbound Sales and SDR motions, regional partner activity, Marketing campaigns, and post-sales expansion and renewal plays. Translate CRO priorities and revenue org objectives into structured programs with clear owners, timelines, metrics, and accountability across teams. Serve as the connective tissue across Sales, SDRs, Regional Partner Managers, Customer Experience, Renewals, and Marketing, ensuring all teams are moving toward shared pipeline and revenue outcomes. Pipeline generation and new business Partner with Marketing to align campaign activity to pipeline targets and ensure leads are properly qualified, sequenced, and handed off to the right team. Work with SDR leadership to build and maintain a library of outbound plays tied to specific segments, personas, and buying scenarios. Support field Sales with programmatic coverage of key segments, ensuring reps have structured plays to run and clear entry points for outbound and inbound opportunities. Partner and channel programs Coordinate with Regional Partner Managers to build partner sourced and partner influenced pipeline programs, ensuring channel activity is instrumented, tracked, and integrated into the overall pipeline view. Develop structured co-sell and co-market plays that Regional Partner Managers can run with partners in their regions. Post-sales pipeline: expansion and renewals Build programs that connect Customer Experience and Renewals teams to pipeline goals, including structured expansion plays, cross sell and upsell triggers, and renewal risk intervention frameworks. Ensure post-sales pipeline is tracked and reported alongside new business pipeline so the CRO and leadership have a complete view of total revenue at risk and total revenue opportunity. Revenue Operations alignment Own the measurement framework for all programs, including pipeline contribution by source and team, stage conversion rates, close rate trends, and revenue attribution. Work alongside RevOps colleagues on CRM data quality, pipeline reporting, and process to ensure programs are built on accurate, consistent data. Deliver regular program performance reporting to the CRO and revenue leadership, with clear recommendations on what to continue, adjust, or stop. CRO partnership Act as a key execution partner to the CRO, sitting at the intersection of revenue and marketing strategy and translating joint priorities into programs the full GTM organization can run. Prepare pipeline and program performance updates for CRO review, leadership team meetings, and Board level reporting as required. Proactively surface pipeline risks, coverage gaps, and program opportunities before they become problems, so the CRO has the visibility needed to act. What we are looking for Five or more years of experience in a revenue programs, sales operations, demand generation, or GTM strategy role at a B2B SaaS company. Demonstrated ability to design and run programs across multiple GTM functions, including at least two of the following: Sales, SDRs, partners, post-sales, or Marketing.
