The Challenge
As a Sales Strategy Intern, you will support the team across the following areas:
Sales Performance & KPI Analysis
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of sales dashbowards (SFDC, Excel and PowerBI) tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as pipeline coverage, conversion rates, quota attainment, and productivity metrics.
Analyze trends and variances in sales performance across regions, segments, and roles.
Support ad‑hoc data analysis requests from Sales Strategy leadership and cross‑functional partners.
Headcount (HC) Allocation & Capacity Planning
Support HC allocation analysis across sales roles, geographies, and market segments.
Assist in evaluating sales capacity models, ramp assumptions, and productivity benchmarks.
Help prepare materials and analysis for HC planning discussions and quarterly business reviews.
Forecasting & Planning Support
Contribute to regular sales forecasting processes by validating data inputs, identifying risks and opportunities, and analyzing forecast accuracy.
Support scenario modeling related to pipeline creation, bookings, and revenue outlook.
Assist with documentation and continuous improvement of forecasting methodologies and assumptions.
Reporting & Executive Support
Help prepare recurring reports, presentations, and summaries for Sales leadership.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across reporting outputs.
Document insights, key takeaways, and recommendations in clear and concise formats.
Cross ‑ Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Sales managers across multiple markets to ensure operational excellence and performance accountability.
Work closely with Sales Operations, Finance, Revenue Operations, and regional Sales teams to gather inputs and align on metrics and assumptions.
Support process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and data transparency.
You are
Required Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools; comfort working with large data sets (PowerBI and/or SFDC familiarity is a plus)
Solid communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights clearly.
AI fluency, including comfort using AI tools to support research, analysis, and productivity in a thought
