Key Responsibilities: Oversee and optimize lead flow, ensuring timely validation, consistent follow-ups, and accurate record-keeping. Engage proactively with prospective client calls, messages, and other channels, maintaining quick response times. Maintain strong responsiveness and availability to effectively support the sales pipeline. Provide end-to-end operational support to the sales team, including scheduling, coordination, and documentation. Streamline day-to-day sales operations to ensure efficiency, organization, and zero process gaps. Track and execute all follow-ups, reminders, and scheduled interactions without delays or misses. Requirements / Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; preference for candidates with experience in sales operations, or business development. Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to engage and follow up effectively. Highly proactive, energetic, and enthusiastic mindset with a strong sense of ownership. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage high-volume lead pipelines. Comfortable being available and responsive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Strong attention to detail, especially in documentation and follow-ups.
