We are on the look out for a passionate Sales Manager to join our team!   Sales Manager   Job description   As a Sales Manager you will lead, coach, and inspire your team to achieve and exceed monthly acquisition and retention targets. All whilst challenging, planning and inspiring the sales team to successfully hit individual and club monthly new member sales targets. You will be highly visible on the floor, engaging with prospects and members to ensure a world\-class customer journey while monitoring KPIs, analysing performance data, and making proactive decisions to drive sustainable growth.   \*Please be aware this role includes working evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.\*   We create an environment where our teams feel a sense of belonging, an environment where they can thrive, both physically and mentally whilst fulfilling their full potential.   Compensation Range \- Competitive   Required profile   As a Sales Manager we are looking for someone who:   Extensive experience leading a Sales Team, ideally in the fitness, hospitality, luxury retail, or premium service sector.   Strong leadership skills with excellent experience developing high\-performing teams.   A passion for all things health and fitness.   Confidence using digital tools such as CRM systems, reporting dashboards, and spreadsheets.   A self\-starter who takes pride in delivering a quality sales experience   You must be fluent in English and French; any other European language is considered an advantage   Join us and help us create a thriving and inclusive culture.
