The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling Business Process Services (BPS) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solutions, with a proven ability to build strategic relationships, identify customer needs, and deliver customized outsourcing solutions that create measurable business value. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing the complete sales lifecycle, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality service offerings. You should possess strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a consultative sales approach to effectively position outsourcing solutions across multiple industries.
