Through our carefully curated selection, we hope to create a space for our community to continue to learn and grow as readers.   About the role We're looking for a highly motivated  Product Manager  to join our team!  Product Managers at Shop Around the Corner own the development and execution of our product strategy and roadmap. In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, to deliver innovative products that meet the needs of our customers. Key responsibilities Collaborate with cross functional teams  to overcome blockers and make decisions about new functionality Develop and execute product strategy and roadmap aligned with company goals Conduct market research to identify customer needs and new opportunities Prioritize product requirements and work with cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within budget Analyze product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve features and user experience Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related matters with internal and external stakeholders Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities Qualifications 3-5 years of product management or related experience Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated understanding of customer needs and market trends Experience with product development and launch processes A strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace If you don’t meet 100% of the qualifications outlined above, tell us why you’d be a great fit for this role in your cover letter.   Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and certifications.
