Location: Remote (United States) Work Model: Remote Industry: AI infrastructure / developer tools Compensation: $130K-$140K base, plus equity About the Company Our partner builds testing and observability infrastructure for conversational AI agents. The company is past $2M in revenue and growing fast, has onboarded more than 150 conversational-AI companies, and works with several Fortune 500 enterprises. The team is about fifteen people, and this role reports directly to the founder. The Opportunity This is a pre-sales forward-deployed engineering seat. You will run sandbox demos, stand up integrations, and prove value quickly for a high volume of prospective customers. The work is engineering-first and client-facing at the same time. You will build the demo, run the conversation, and translate what a technical buyer cares about into something they can see working. Responsibilities Build and run sandbox demos and integrations for prospective customers. Own the technical thread in pre-sales conversations from first call through evaluation. Turn customer requirements into working proofs of value quickly, at volume. Present results and articulate product value to technical and business stakeholders. Feed recurring customer needs back to product and engineering. Requirements Software engineering background, ideally at a startup where you shipped end to end. Strong presentation and communication skills; comfortable demoing live to customers. Fluent with AI tooling and able to build fast with it. Comfortable with high-volume, short-cycle customer work. Based in San Francisco and able to work onsite.
