Description
Workster is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit English-speaking Sales Development Representatives / Account Managers for an on-site role in Lisbon, Portugal. In this position, you will work with a globally recognized digital platform, supporting businesses in building and optimizing their online advertising strategies. You will play a key role in driving growth, managing client relationships, and delivering impactful marketing solutions in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Your Role Identify and engage new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (calls, email, social outreach) Build and manage a pipeline of B2B clients and agency partners Support onboarding and activation of new advertisers Act as a trusted advisor, recommending tailored advertising solutions Manage and optimize advertising campaigns to drive performance and ROI Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders Monitor campaign results and adjust strategies based on performance data Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality client experiences Your Qualifications Fluent English (C1/C2) 1–2 years of experience in sales, digital marketing, or business development Strong communication and negotiation skills Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus Understanding of sales funnels and pipeline management Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet KPIs and targets Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills The Offer Full-time, on-site position in Lisbon, Portugal Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week (rotational between 08:00 – 18:00) Paid training program (approx. 3–4 weeks including onboarding and nesting) Competitive salary with performance-based bonus structure Opportunity to work with a leading global digital platform International and multicultural work environment Modern office location in Lisbon Career growth and development opportunities within a global organization
