ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE We’re on the hunt for a dynamic, natural connector to join the Herschel Supply Co. Banff store crew as a Sales Associate. If you thrive on meaningful connections and delivering standout service, this role puts you at the heart of it all. As a key player on our retail team, you’ll help create a welcoming, authentic, and elevated experience for every customer who walks through our doors. You’ll report to our Store Management & Key Holders - but more importantly, you’ll help bring the Herschel brand to life on the shop floor.  A DAY IN THE LIFE At Herschel, no two days are the same - and that’s just how we like it. As a Sales Associate, you’ll be right in the mix, making an impact from the moment the doors open. Here’s what your day might look like: Greet every customer with a warm welcome and authentic energy Use your product know-how to guide, recommend, and inspire Share the stories behind our gear - highlighting features, benefits, and what makes it uniquely Herschel Keep our store looking its best: organized, clean, and fully stocked Stay sharp on what’s in stock - on the floor, in the back, and online Jump in on receiving and prepping new product deliveries (yes, those boxes can be hefty: 10-30 lbs!) Support with restocking, tagging, and sale prep Keep fitting rooms flowing and merchandise returned, sized, and ready for the next shopper Run transactions smoothly using our POS and mobile systems Stay curious - always learning about new drops, brand initiatives, and trends Join in on store events, team training, and anything else that keeps the vibe strong ABOUT YOU An upbeat, friendly energy with a genuine, authentic approach A natural relationship-builder who celebrates individuality and diversity A true team player who collaborates, listens, and shares ideas Confident navigating customer concerns and turning them into positive experiences A strong communicator who can highlight product features and benefits with ease Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and special events A growth mindset - open to feedback and always looking to learn Driven by results and motivated to help the team succeed AVAILABILITY Our Banff store is flexible on scheduling, we are interested in hearing from applicants with varying availability in terms of days of the week, and times. Part-time roles are 24 hours or less per week, but additional hours can be allocated depending on availability, customer traffic and business needs.
