Role Overview: A highly organized and tech-savvy intern to support the sales team as a System Admin. They will play a critical role in maintaining data accuracy, handling WBK Pro legwork and system streamlining. Key Responsibilities Support the team with data entry, cleaning, and formatting of sales-related information Monitor team follow-up frequency, response rates, and blockers Learn and support WBK Pro onboarding processes Identifying all potential inactive leads on WBK Pro Flagging all fake/invalid accounts on WBK Pro Daily or bi-daily Website & App sanity check Any other administrative and system-related tasks to support the sales team Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Workspace Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work with data and present it clearly Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently Interest in sales operations, CRM systems, and the events/experiences industry is a big plus Good communication skills (written and verbal)
