This role provides hands-on experience in construction safety practices, compliance, and field operations. The intern will gain exposure to real-world jobsite conditions while contributing to meaningful safety initiatives.   Key Responsibilities   Assist  with daily jobsite safety inspections and audits    Support implementation of company safety programs and policies    Help ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards    Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and trainings    Observe and document jobsite conditions, identifying potential hazards    Assist with incident reporting, investigations, and documentation    Track and organize safety data, logs, and compliance records    Partner with field teams to reinforce safe work practices    Contribute to continuous improvement of safety procedures   Position Qualifications   Currently pursuing a degree in Occupational Safety, Construction Management, Environmental Health & Safety, or related field    Strong interest in construction safety and field operations    Basic understanding of OSHA standards (preferred)    Excellent attention to detail and observational skills    Strong communication and interpersonal skills    Ability to work in a fast-paced, active construction environment    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)   Physical Requirements   Ability to walk jobsites, climb stairs/ladders, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions    Must be able to wear required PPE (hard hat, safety vest, boots, etc.)
