As we expand our footprint into the Bahamas we are recruiting for a Safety Coordinator. Reporting to the Operations & Maintenance Coordinator, the Safety Coordinator provides day-based safety leadership and operational assurance to support safe, reliable terminal operations within defined operating envelopes. The role acts as the site focal point for occupational safety, process safety, permit to work assurance, incident learning, and workforce safety coaching, helping maintain strong operational discipline and safe execution of site activities. As an operator-derived role, the position combines practical operational experience with visible field safety leadership while maintaining the capability to support operational backfill where required, ensuring safety oversight remains grounded in day-to-day plant operations.
