In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying intelligent automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and create measurable business value across the organization. You will work closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and IT teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable, production-ready solutions using UiPath and related technologies. You will need to deliver robust, reliable, and reusable automation solutions while supporting Autoliv's digital transformation journey through process optimization, automation governance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve: Designing, developing, testing, and deploying RPA solutions using UiPath aligned with business priorities and enterprise standards. Owning the complete automation lifecycle, from process assessment and solution design through deployment and production support. Collaborating with business process owners, SMEs, and IT teams to identify and prioritize automation opportunities. Translating business requirements into scalable and maintainable automation workflows. Building reusable automation components, frameworks, and templates to accelerate future development. Configuring, scheduling, and monitoring bot execution through UiPath Orchestrator. Developing workflows, selectors, exception handling mechanisms, and logging strategies to ensure automation resilience. Performing feasibility assessments and ROI analysis for potential automation initiatives. Conducting unit testing, supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), and managing production deployments. Troubleshooting bot failures and implementing corrective actions to ensure maximum uptime and reliability. Creating and maintaining Process Design Documents (PDDs), Solution Design Documents (SDDs), and operational runbooks. Collaborating with integration, infrastructure, security, and enterprise application teams to ensure seamless automation deployment. Leveraging process mining insights and analytical tools to identify optimization opportunities. Supporting governance, compliance, and security standards defined by the Automation Center of Excellence. Participating in code reviews and promoting development best practices. Driving continuous improvement initiatives that increase automation effectiveness and user adoption. Supporting AI-enabled automation initiatives including OCR, document understanding, and intelligent workflows. Ensuring automation solutions deliver measurable business benefits including cost savings, cycle-time improvements, and productivity gains. If you have/are: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field. 3–7 years of hands-on experience in UiPath development within enterprise environments. Strong expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, workflows, selectors, exception handling, and logging. Experience delivering end-to-end automation projects from discovery through deployment and support. Knowledge of process analysis, process optimization, and automation opportunity assessment. Experience working with APIs, REST/SOAP services, and enterprise application integrations. Understanding of web automation, desktop automation, and Citrix/VDI environments. Experience with Excel automation, data manipulation, and SQL/database queries. Knowledge of version control tools such as Git and structured development practices. Programming experience in .N
