Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage all room service operations, ensuring smooth and efficient 24/7 service delivery. Lead, train, and supervise the room service team to maintain luxury service standards. Ensure accurate order taking, preparation, and timely delivery of in-room dining orders. Maintain high standards of presentation, food quality, and guest satisfaction at all times. Coordinate closely with kitchen and other hotel departments to ensure operational efficiency. Monitor guest preferences and ensure personalised service delivery. Manage staffing schedules, inventory, and operational logistics for room service. Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly and professionally. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
