Are you an experienced Freight Operator with knowledge of Road Operations & Pricing and looking for a career with a growing global business?   We are now on the hunt for an experienced Road Freight Operator to join us;  you will be responsible within a team to coordinate and organize the full range of road freight services such as pricing, import/export clearance, bookings, and stakeholder management.   At cargo-partner, we believe in comprehensive training, loyalty, and internal promotion to help our staff reach their full potential and our operations management team are there to support you in your personal development and give you the tools to build a successful career in the freight forwarding industry.   Your responsibilities will be: ·       Calculating road freight quotations and emailing to the customers. ·       Reporting quotation successes to Inside Sales  ·       Loading bookings into the system. ·       Seeking the most cost-effective domestic collection/delivery costs and booking with hauliers and pallet networks. ·       Completing export and import customs entries. ·       Completing export documents. ·       Building export groupage trailers and completing export documentation. ·       Liaising with the warehouse regarding the loading/unloading of trailers, labelling and cargo discrepancies. ·       Liaising with cargo-partner in Europe regarding customs clearances, deliveries, collections and discrepancies. ·       Providing shipment updates to clients. ·       Requesting and providing POD’s. ·       Negotiating costs with suppliers. ·       Preparing each shipment/file for invoicing.   You should have the following skills: ·      Strong customer-facing and interaction skills with high-level of customer orientation .      Greek and English language fluency ·      Experience working in a similar road operations or pricing role ·      Team engagement and support ·      The desire to progress within an international company ·      The ability to work under pressure to strict deadline ·      Support and live company values
