FII USA, Inc. , a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking an RMA Manager to oversee return material authorization (RMA) operations and drive efficient processing of returned products within manufacturing and repair operations. Once a part of the team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks within the RMA Department in a production/warehouse environment and have the opportunity to display critical thinking skills to expand your career in Smart Manufacturing. The RMA Manager will lead RMA processes, manage cross-functional coordination for returned materials, and ensure timely disposition and reporting of defective products while assisting this RMA Department as needed.
