Responsibilities Safely rig and lift heavy equipment using a variety of techniques and tools Assemble, install, and align machinery, ensuring that all components are secured and in proper working order Perform preventive maintenance on equipment, inspecting for any signs of wear or damage and making necessary repairs Collaborate with project managers and other team members to plan and execute project timelines Interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine the best approach for rigging and millwright tasks Operate forklifts, cranes, and other heavy equipment as needed Comply with all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 3 years of experience in rigging and millwright work Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Proficiency in operating forklifts, cranes, and other heavy equipment Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols related to rigging and millwright work Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members Be able to pass Background and Drug Test Hourly Rate $38.00 to $39.00 based on experience (overtime opportunities available) Safety first culture Long term work, long term career Highly competitive pay Benefits From internships to seasoned professionals, our growing company provides career opportunities for all levels of experience.
