We might not be for everyone, but we could be perfect for you.  About the job We’re  looking for an experienced Reward Partner to  shape and deliver  reward  programmes  across Autotrader, working closely with senior leaders and People Partners. This is  an important role  for someone who can think strategically but also get stuck into the detail day to day.   You’ll  help shape reward decisions, so  they’re  data-driven, aligned with our  -reward principles ,  and delivered  clearly and at the right pace. This includes advising on  pay, grading ,  and wider reward matters   leading  cyclical  reward activities,   such as salary review, share awards , benchmarking,   mandatory reporting,  job evaluation  and handling more complex  or exceptional  cases where needed. Your work will  play a key role in  ensuring our  reward approach  supports both  our people and the  wider  business.   As part of the Reward team,  you’ll   provide expert reward input across  the wider People & Culture  team.   You’ll   use insight and judgement to influence senior  leaders ,  helping  balance  good  governance with  practical,  commercial decision making .  You’ll   support  key governance activities, including the preparation of  RemCo  papers  and  partner closely with the business to  clearly and confidently communicate reward decisions .   You’ll  also help build reward capability across the wider People team and continuously improve how we work.   What we're looking for Experience working across reward, at Senior Reward Advisor or Reward Partner level    Experience with job levelling and grading (e.g. Willis Towers Watson, Hay, Mercer)    Experience with employee share schemes like SAYE and SIP     Experience working with different stakeholders and building effective relationships with senior leaders    Strong Excel skills and comfortable using data to inform decisions    A practical mindset with a focus on finding solutions    Comfortable working through complex situations and taking ownership    During our application process, you will be asked two questions to help us learn more about you and how you align with our values. These will be used as part of our selection criteria, to determine if we progress your application further. Benefits We’re offering a salary of £55,000 – £70,000, plus an additional 10% of your salary awarded to you in shares each year. These awarded shares will become yours in yearly instalments over the next three years, and you can choose to either sell them or keep them as shares.  You'll have 28 days holiday per year, and that's in addition to ban
