The Role: Store Manager We’re looking for an experienced leader who can inspire a team, drive operational excellence, and deliver outstanding store performance. If you excel at coaching, motivating, and developing staff while achieving ambitious sales targets, this is the role for you. Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop a retail team, setting clear performance expectations and delivering ongoing feedback Drive sales performance and ensure the store achieves or exceeds targets Oversee all operational aspects of the store including stock management, reporting, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures Implement strategies to improve store efficiency, customer experience, and team engagement Maintain high product knowledge and ensure your team is fully trained and confident in communicating IQOS features Adhere to all compliance guidelines within regulated sector About You: Excels at leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing team Is results-driven and accountable for achieving store targets Has strong operational knowledge and experience managing all aspects of a retail Demonstrates strategic thinking and problem-solving skills Is customer-focused, enthusiastic, and passionate about delivering excellence Builds strong relationships with team members and stakeholders Interview Process: Screening call 1st stage Virtual Interview 2nd stage in person Interview Take the next step in your retail management career and join us as a Store Manager at IQOS!
