What You’ll Do As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll be a trusted member of the leadership team — helping drive store success while delivering exceptional customer experiences every day. Create an Exceptional Customer Experience Deliver personalized styling and customer service that makes every guest feel valued Build lasting customer relationships through outreach and clienteling programs Support sales goals, KPIs, and daily store performance Provide support with phone orders and customer inquiries Lead by example on the sales floor with energy, professionalism, and positivity Support & Lead the Team Help create a fun, collaborative, and high-performing work environment Serve as Manager on Duty when assigned Support Sales Associates through coaching, communication, and teamwork Assist with daily operations and ensure company standards are upheld Keep Operations Running Smoothly Assist with merchandising and maintaining visually appealing displays Support inventory, shipment processing, and store organization Handle cash management and bank deposits with accuracy and integrity Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment What We’re Looking For Previous retail experience as a Key Holder, Supervisor, Retail Associate, or similar role preferred Strong communication and people skills Passion for fashion, styling, and customer engagement Leadership mindset with the ability to motivate and support a team Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using Microsoft Office and POS systems Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred 1+ year of retail experience preferred Why You’ll Love Working Here Opportunity to grow into retail leadership Fashion-focused, customer-centered environment Supportive a
