ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Host to join the Daylesford Farm Shop team. This is a highly guest facing role, combining warm welcomes with practical support across the shop and restaurant areas. You will act as a central point of contact for customers, helping manage footfall during busy periods, supporting bookings or waitlists where applicable, and working closely with retail and restaurant teams to ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer journey. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a lively environment, takes pride in delivering thoughtful service, and shares an interest in food, farming and sustainable living. The base salary of £26,811 plus a qualified estimate of £7,280 in gratuities and service charge*. Please note this role is paid hourly so this is a projected salary and OTE.
