The Resort Support role is key to ensuring our chalet operations run seamlessly. This dynamic position involves a variety of behind-the-scenes tasks, including organizing and distributing food, wine, and laundry. You will also be responsible for making deliveries around the resort, so a confident and experienced driver is essential for this role. We have one Resort Support team member at each of our resorts: Val d'Isere, Courchevel, and La Tania . In La Tania, our smaller resort, this role also includes responsibility for Chalet Maintenance . As a Resort Support, you will work behind the scenes across a variety of tasks that ensure our chalets operate seamlessly. This includes sorting and distributing food, wine, and laundry, as well as assisting with the maintenance of chalet amenities such as hot tubs. Sorting and Distributing Deliveries Each week, our resorts receive deliveries of food, wine, and laundry. You will support managers in unpacking these deliveries and maintaining organized storerooms. Once sorted, you will help distribute items to each chalet and make deliveries around the resort. Hot Tub Maintenance Several of our chalets feature hot tubs. In this role, you will regularly check chemical levels and perform drain-and-refill duties on changeover days to ensure they remain in top condition.
