As a Research Engineer (API Content), you will analyze APIs, design API integrations, and more.   You will add content to Cato’s security and network products, such as SSPM, XDR, CASB, DEM, DLP, etc.    Joining Cato is an excellent opportunity for network security enthusiasts who are passionate about the future of Networking and Security     Responsibilities:    Analyze cloud application APIs and develop products interacting with such APIs   Contribute to various Cato products: SSPM, DEM, XDR, CASB …   Suggest and conduct new research vectors   Utilize Cato’s Data Warehouse with big-data technologies to support your work   Automate your work to improve efficiency     Requirements:   3+ years of hands-on experience in the cyber/security/network industry   Knowledge of networking architecture, OSI model, and protocols – a must   Understanding of the HTTP protocol – a must   Experience working with Rest APIs - advantage   Hands-On experience with HTTP development and analysis tools such as Browser DevTools, Postman and Fiddler – advantage   Experience with at least one scripting language such as Python – a must   Experience with AI coding assistance - a must   Experience with SQL or data analysis tools (Kibana, Elastic,etc) – a must   Researcher mindset: define a thesis and validate it based on in-depth analysis and technical facts, with the ability to well-define and solve complex problems   Excellent English and communication skills   Team player, responsible, critical thinker and well-organized
