Mobius is seeking a Requirements Systems Engineer to support the National Reconnaissance Office’s (NRO) Ground Enterprise Directorate (GED) Integrated System Program Office (ISPO) delivering Overhead Persistent Infra-Red (OPIR) mission management, tasking, collection, processing & dissemination, as well as, integration with DoD Space Based Infra-Red System (SBIRS). The candidate will provide requirements systems engineering support for the end-to-end engineering to achieve mission capabilities and support the change management process of Special Programs Office (SPO) requirements as part of the GED Enterprise. The position is in the National Capitol Region. Duties of a Requirements Systems Engineer may include:  Timeline Management: Monitor progress and resolve conflicts to maintain alignment with organizational priorities and deadlines. Stakeholder Collaboration:  Collaborate with internal teams, and external users to address data-related challenges and opportunities. Requirements Management: Support alignment and synchronization of acquisitions, planning, and support architecture and requirements analyses and trade studies using end-to-end mission engineering Collaborate with solution owners and program managers to address interdependencies and ensure end-to-end delivery. Manage requirements, traceability, and verification in tool(s),such as Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirements System (DOORS) Support analysis and assessment of developer documents such as specifications, Interface Control Documents (ICDs), APIs, and CDRLs for content, completeness, traceability, verification and validation Cross-Thread Integration: Facilitate coordination across multiple threads to ensure alignment of efforts and resources. Collaborate with solution owners and program managers to address interdependencies and ensure end-to-end delivery. Qualifications: Understand Thread Management process and how it applies end-to-end engineering across acquisitions, to achieve mission capabilities. Understanding of requirements analyses and trade studies in support of requirements development Demonstrated understanding of thread architecture views and roadmaps Demonstrated understanding of requirements, traceability, and verification in tool(s), such as Dynamic Object Oriented Requirements System (DOORS) Ability to support analysis and assessment of developer documents such as specifications, Interface Control Documents (ICDs), APIs, and CDRLs for content, completeness, traceability, verification and validation Familiar with the Request for Change (RFC) process at an Engineering Review Board (ERB) Understand the change management processes, identify issues and support execution of the processes Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to develop templates for planning efforts and program reviews Domain Expertise: GEOINT, SIGNINT, or Intelligence Integration Experience with Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR) satellite systems &/or OPIR Protocol Gateway Application (OPGA) message generation or transport Understand Thread Management process and how it applies end-to-end engineering across acquisitions, to achieve mission capabilities Demonstrated understanding of thread architecture views and roadmaps Familiar with the Request for Change (RFC) process a
