JASARA PMC is seeking a motivated Reporting Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, analyzing, and distributing reports that support effective project management and decision-making. You will work closely with various teams to gather necessary data, interpret findings, and present insights in a clear and concise manner. Your expertise will ensure that our projects are monitored effectively and that key stakeholders have access to critical information. As a Reporting Specialist at JASARA PMC, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the transparency and accountability of our projects, contributing to the overall success of our initiatives in Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities Collect, validate, and analyze project data to prepare accurate reports. Develop and maintain reporting templates and dashboards for efficient tracking of project performance. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure reporting aligns with project objectives. Identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement through data analysis. Present findings and recommendations to management and project teams. Ensure compliance with reporting requirements and deadlines. Continuously seek ways to improve reporting processes and efficiency. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in reporting or data analysis. Technical Competencies: Proficient in reporting tools and software such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
