Delinea is seeking a Renewal Operations Analyst based in Mexico City to own the operational backbone of our renewals and customer success motion: who covers which accounts, what they’re carried to, and how we forecast the revenue they protect. Sitting on the Global GTM Operations team, you’ll turn assignments, territories, and quotas into clean, scalable systems and build the Salesforce reporting that gives leaders a real-time read on churn, renewal, and expansion. This is an individual contributor role for someone who likes precision, owns their numbers, and wants visibility into how a fast-growing SaaS business runs its post-sale engine.
