SUMMARY OF THE ROLE  The Reliability Specialist supports the Lead Reliability Specialist in overseeing and executing the Reliability Improvement process, including Threats & Opportunities Management (TOM), for NextDecade’s Rio Grande LNG (RGLNG) facilities. This role contributes to achieving plant reliability and availability targets by assisting in the implementation of reliability strategies, processes, and performance initiatives. The Reliability Specialist works as an integral member of the Reliability team and plays a key supporting role in driving continuous improvement across plant operations. The position will be based in Brownsville, TX.
