Clients have access to more than one million investment products – from bonds and stocks to funds and options. We are growing dynamically and continuously expanding our presence across Europe – with a current focus on the Lithuanian market. To strengthen our team in Vilnius, we are looking for a dedicated Relationship Manager who will help us build long-term client relationships and actively contribute to our business development in the region. Responsibilities: Working with clients: attracting new clients to the company and developing relationships with existing ones; Ensuring first contact with the client: conducting company presentations and presenting available investment products; Resolving current client issues based on their individual needs and requests; Regular communication and maintaining contact with clients to maintain trusting relationships, informing about new opportunities in the stock market and changes in investment strategy; Administrative support: maintaining documentation, assistance in processing transactions, ensuring timely exchange of information between the client and the company; Participation in specialized conferences and business communities, which includes: presenting the company and its investment products; Interacting with the company's internal departments (marketing, analytics) to ensure high-quality customer service; Analyzing customer feedback and adapting approaches to increase their satisfaction; Preparing reports on the results of working with customers and the effectiveness of implemented strategies to create a portrait of the company's target customer.
