Rehab Tech / Rehab Aide | Outpatient | Part-time | 1410 N Race St Glasgow, KY 42141 Schedule: Part-time, approximately 16–24 hours per week At H2 Health , we believe great patient care starts with great teamwork. As a Rehab Tech / Rehab Aide , you'll play an important role in supporting our therapists and helping patients have a positive rehabilitation experience. Whether you're beginning your healthcare career or bringing previous experience, you'll thrive in our clinician-led, patient-focused outpatient environment. Our Glasgow outpatient clinic provides orthopedic rehabilitation services to patients with a variety of musculoskeletal and functional needs. You'll work alongside licensed Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants while assisting with patient care, clinic operations, and creating a welcoming environment for every patient. Your Role Assist therapists during treatment sessions while promoting patient safety. Prepare treatment areas and sanitize equipment between patients. Encourage and support patients throughout therapeutic exercises and activities. Assist with front office responsibilities, including scheduling, patient check-in, and documentation support. Maintain therapy supplies and help ensure efficient daily clinic operations. Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on clinical experience while working alongside experienced rehabilitation professionals. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Healthcare, rehabilitation, or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced outpatient clinic. Ability to assist patients and safely move equipment as needed. CPR certification is a plus. Currently enrolled in or planning to enroll in a Physical Therapy (PT), Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), or Athletic Training (ATC) program is a plus. Benefits Why H2 Health?
