Overall Role Purpose: We are seeking an experienced regional demand planner, who would like to join our journey of reaching ‘Planning Excellence’ and become the Planning Centre of Excellence. The Regional Demand Planner is responsible for leading all demand planning activities (forecasting and ordering) of a specific portfolio of countries and/or brands, maintaining the optimum balance between service levels (stock availability), cash (stock levels) and replenishment costs. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Manage cosmetics E-notification process with NPRA Creating E-Not forms in Quest 3 Process payments for NPRA vouchers Download NOT certs and coordinate sharing with internal teams for import clearance Review QQIL dossier for compliance against Annexes in ACD Review Product Artworks for compliance against cosmetics labelling guideline Manage correspondences with principle parties to compile registration dossier Maintain Product Registration Master database Manage Registration Renewals in coordination with business units Review artwork on-pack claim compliance Preparation of Regulatory Labels for Non English Artworks Coordinate with regional regulatory on projects Added Advantage Working knowledge with inventory systems SAP,ERP added advantage · B.Science with majors in Chemistry · Minimum 1-2 years experience with cosmetics notification In MY.
