Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Registered Nursing Practitioner, where you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding patient care. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing patient treatment plans, administering medication, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Conduct thorough assessments of patient conditions and develop comprehensive care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary. Educate patients and their families about health maintenance and disease prevention. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Required Skills and Experience: Active RN license in the state of practice. 3+ years of nursing experience in a clinical setting. Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Preferred / Nice-to-have Skills: Experience in critical care or emergency department settings. Certification in ACLS or PALS. Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Active RN license required.
