Job Title: Refuse Loader Location:  Hemel Hempstead Hours:  Monday to Friday, 6:30am – 3:30pm Pay:  Competitive hourly rate (depending on experience) Join Our Team as a Refuse Loader We are currently recruiting reliable and hardworking Refuse Loaders to join a busy waste collection team based in Hemel Hempstead. This is a full-time, ongoing opportunity with consistent weekday hours and an early finish to your working day. The Role As a Refuse Loader, you will work as part of a team collecting household and commercial waste throughout the local area. This is a physically demanding outdoor role that requires a good level of fitness and a strong work ethic. Requirements What We're Looking For A positive attitude and willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Good physical fitness, as the role involves lifting and walking throughout the day. Reliability and punctuality. Ability to work well as part of a team. Previous experience in waste collection or a similar manual role is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
