We’re ready to help you do it. The Role: We’re hiring a Recruitment Administrator to support our Talent team at AP+, working 2 days per week, office based, (or flexible hours across school hours). Perfect return-to-work parents or anyone wanting meaningful work with balance. What you’ll be doing: Provide administrative support to the TA team. Manage job advertisements via internal and external job boards. Manages recruitment inboxes and responds to general candidate or hiring manager queries. Prepare / coordinate interview packs, candidate documents, and hiring manager materials. Produce / update recruitment reports and vacancy trackers. Ensure recruitment processes are compliant, accurate, and confidential. In order to be successful in this role, you’ll need: Previous in-house Recruitment administration experience within a corporate services environment. Strong experience using LinkedIn, and Recruitment ATS portals. Excellent organisational and time management skills. High attention to detail with the ability to prioritise competing demands. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency using AI tools. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Proactive, solutions-focused approach with a strong work ethic.
