As a Recruiter, you are part of a team of highly skilled recruiting professionals working on high-volume light industrial positions for SIMOS. This position will provide staffing and recruiting solutions relied upon by our clients. This position requires an extremely perceptive person, who can relate to individuals at all levels. This role will not only manage the inside processes of candidate applications but also will also be responsible for working within the community and with tools provided to attract and gain candidates needed to supply our customer needs through grassroots initiatives, networking, and fieldwork. **This is a 20+ week assignment with the possibility of extension.**
