The Regional Recruiter is a trusted business partner to our Hiring Managers, creating and driving a talent acquisition strategy that supports business needs and growth. This role will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. The responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline. As part of the Giving HR team, the Recruiter will also participate in global projects focused on continuous improvement. This role will support hiring for our NV, UT and AZ markets. This is an onsite position located in Las Vegas, NV.
