This is a very attractive role with the opportunity to interact with office visitors and will have high visibility to other employees of the firm. Job Responsibilities Open and/or close office daily Maintain front desk and greet visitors in a positive, enthusiastic, and professional manner Track upcoming meetings and set up meeting room with necessary stationery and equipment Answer and screen inbound calls on multi-line phones in a timely and polite manner Take and deliver messages accurately and completely Distribute incoming mail, prepare and send outgoing mail, arrange couriers, and unpack deliveries Monitor office and break room inventory, placing supply orders when necessary Maintain office equipment Keep office clean, stocked, and organized Ad hoc projects Required Criteria (100% must be met for consideration) Previous experience in customer service settings Excellent organization and communication skills Professional demeanor Ability to sit for extended periods and lift 50 lbs. Schedule: must be able to work mornings, M-F from 7am-12pm in the TDP Office in downtown Chicago Compensation Competitive hourly salary
