Railroad Technical Solution Services Specialist – Solution Architec t
Benesch is hiring a Technical Solution Services Specialist to join our talented Rail team. As a Railroad Technical Solution Services Specialist, you will have the opportunity to develop and manage custom QuickBase functionalities in one of our largest and fastest-growing divisions.

The Impact You Will Have:
Developing and managing software tools using QuickBase and related applications.
Developing and maintaining project management and field data collection web applications for internal and external users.
Assisting with coordination, development, implementation, operation, maintenance, and training for QuickBase workflows and best practices.
Providing QuickBase expertise and support to organizational staff and project teams.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with peers, superiors, vendor representatives, and clients
Analyzing complex problems, evaluating alternatives, and make sound, well-structured recommendations.
Working with various skilled staff from other departments or outside clients.
Supporting QuickBase application development, to include QuickBase ‘pipelines’ management and jinja coding.
Explaining technical issues and concepts to non-technical staff.
Planning, managing, and implementing QuickBase projects; assessing progress and making appropriate corrections to keep projects on track.
What We Are Looking For:
A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field from an accredited college or university.
Experience in Railroad Project Management operations preferred.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a QuickBase Application developer or similar position with professional-level experience in the design, development, implementation, and administration of QuickBase Applications
Active QB Builder Certificate required
Active QB Pipelines Builder Certificate required
Expert Builder Certificate preferred
Knowledge and experience with python, HTML, and Jinja preferred.
Understand emerging cloud-based project management technologies and their application to improve business operations.
