Description

In this role you will be responsible for ensuring product and process quality, leading the Production Quality team and delivering quality performance aligned with customer and business requirements. Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve : Supervise and lead the Production Quality team to ensure product quality, efficiency, and compliance with customer requirements. Coordinate the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS). Lead quality training activities and promote quality standards, methodologies, and best practices (QMS, APS, APDS). Ensure effective containment and escalation of quality risks impacting production or customer satisfaction. Investigate critical quality nonconformities, drive problem-solving activities, corrective actions, and lessons learned processes. Coordinate audits, monitor corrective and preventive actions, and ensure compliance with internal and customer quality requirements. Support product and process qualification activities, including PPAP documentation and process approvals. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and facilitate cross-functional teams to achieve quality objectives. Support the achievement of plant quality targets and strategic objectives. If you have/are: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Quality, Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Automotive, or related field). Minimum 3 years demonstrated experience in managing and developing Quality teams in manufacturing environment. Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies: 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP. Continuous improvement mindset. Data analysis and KPI management. Computer operating knowledge - Microsoft Office Package- Advanced level. Advanced English level (C1/C2). We will be more than glad to chat with you about your experience and your career goals.
