Job Overview We are seeking an experienced  Quality Lead  to join our team on a major mission-critical project in  Frankfurt, Germany . The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the Project Quality Management Plan and ensuring compliance with both company quality standards and German regulatory requirements. Working closely with project teams, subcontractors, and client representatives, the Quality Lead will play a key role in driving a culture of quality excellence and ensuring the successful delivery of a high-quality project. Key Responsibilities Lead the implementation and management of the Project Quality Plan throughout all phases of construction. Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with company quality procedures, client requirements, project specifications, and applicable German regulations. Monitor construction activities to verify compliance with approved Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and quality reviews to identify non-conformances and drive corrective and preventive actions. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives to resolve quality issues effectively and efficiently. Manage quality documentation, including inspection records, test certificates, quality reports, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and close-out documentation. Ensure materials, equipment, and workmanship comply with project specifications, DIN standards, applicable Eurocodes, and client quality requirements. Support the handover process by ensuring quality documentation and project close-out records are complete and compliant. Participate in project meetings, site walks, and client inspections, providing quality leadership and guidance to project stakeholders. Promote continuous improvement initiatives and best practices across the project team.
