The Quality Lab Technician will perform functions associated with quality control operations, including inspections, testing, and evaluation of products, materials, and processes to ensure compliance with established quality standards and specifications. Collaborates with engineering and operations teams to support equipment setup, maintenance, and calibration, ensuring accuracy of inspection tools and measurement systems. Utilizes data collection and analysis tools to document and support quality control results and reporting.     This role is Temporary with an opportunity to convert to full time after 90 days.   Key Responsibilities   Perform inspections, tests, and evaluations of products, materials, and processes.   Ensure compliance with established quality standards and specifications.   Support setup, maintenance, and calibration of inspection and measurement equipment.   Collect, analyze, and interpret quality data using specialized systems and software.   Document and report quality test results and findings.   Partner with engineers and operations teams to support quality processes.   Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate quality issues or deviations.   Maintain accurate records and support audit/compliance activities.     Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities   Working knowledge of quality control processes and inspection techniques.   Ability to use measurement tools, lab equipment, and testing instruments.   Strong data collection and analysis skills.   Attention to detail and accuracy in testing and reporting.   Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.   Effective communication and collaboration skills.   Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving capability.     Work Environment   Lab, w arehouse and production  environment   Involves lifting  or moving products weighing up to 50 pounds.    Standing,  sitting,  walking and testing for long pe riods of time.      Education & Experience   High school diploma or equivalent required.   Associate degree or technical certification  preferred .   1–3 years of relevant quality control, laboratory, or manufacturing experience preferred.     Must be authorized to work in the United States.     #LI-Onsite   Hiring Compensation Range $25 — $25 USD
