Role:   The Quality Control Technician is responsible for evaluating and assessing that HACCP and Quality Assurance Programs are properly maintained in compliance with regulatory guidelines though auditing/inspection, product quality control, data entry and reporting findings and data collected to verify compliance or to identify a need for corrective action. In addition, the Quality Control Technician will provide support to operations with the objective of meeting food safety requirements efficiently. The Quality Control Technician will be responsible for following established food safety and quality procedures.   Shift: 9:30pm to 6am
