As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of our Agile Delivery Squad, ensuring our web and mobile apps exceed expectations. You won’t just test—you’ll innovate, automate, and elevate our quality standards. As part of the FSNI QA Practice, you’ll shape best practices and push the boundaries of what’s possible in testing. You have a keen eye for detail, love solving complex challenges, and are always looking for ways to improve processes and automation. Your ability to communicate technical concepts effectively allows you to engage with stakeholders across the business, advocating for quality at every stage.   What you’ll bring: -       Technical expertise – Proven experience in UI and API testing, Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), and test automation frameworks like Playwright, Appium, Cucumber/BDD, or Postman. -       Coding & CI/CD knowledge – Comfortable with Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, and familiar with CI/CD tools like Bamboo, GitHub, and Bitbucket. -       Problem-solving mindset – Strong understanding of defect management, software failures, and troubleshooting across squads and business units. -       Collaboration & communication – Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, explain complex integrations, and advocate for quality-focused solutions. -       Previous experience of working in e-commerce is preferred.   Experience awesome.
